Most cell phone rate plans include free nights and weekends minutes that you can use to call anywhere. Please check your rate plan or call your mobile operator to verify. By using this free nights and weekends rate plan, you can call our phone chat line number and pay no wireless charge cost. If you consistently encounter a busy signal on your cell phone, it may be possible that your mobile operator has choked calls to access the number. We believe you have a right to access any phone number you wish using your cellphone. Please check with your mobile operator to make sure the phone chat line number is not choked by them for your cellphone.
